Tucked away on Churchill Way and Hillcrest Road in north Dallas, The Downs of Hillcrest is a gated residential community of about 160 luxury homes. The neighborhood is an oasis of quiet seclusion that belies its convenient urban access to restaurants, shopping, schools and transportation. It features three large ponds with cascading waterfalls and running streams, walking paths under mature trees throughout the neighborhood, and a large gazebo and park-like gathering space. The community includes both traditional and contemporary homes connected by about 20 acres of common property.
