Architectural Control Committee - Required Requests

All owners of property in The Downs are bound by our CCR’s (Covenants, Conditions and Restriction) which guided builders constructing the community in the 1990s and which still apply to present owners. These rules are readily available on our website, www.downsofhillcrest.com.
• For any change to your property visible from common property, a resident must submit a request for approval to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before you begin. This includes landscaping, a new roof, additions like a generator, a new fence.
• ACC application forms can be found on The Downs website and can be filled out online.
The ACC committee generally turns around a request in a matter of days, if all required information is submitted with the application.
