It’s hard to miss the fact that elections are coming this fall.
The Downs of Hillcrest observes City of Dallas ordinances on election yard signs, which need to focus on a candidate or an issue on the coming ballot.
• Yard signs may be posted 90 days before an election and must be picked up by 10 days after an election.
• Each residence is permitted one sign per candidate and/or measure on the ballot.
• These signs must be ground mounted and not in the form of a flag, as only US, state and military service flags are allowed by The Downs’ CCRs.
